Ons opvangteam
We stimuleren op alle mogelijke manieren dat je kind zich bij KinderRijk spelenderwijs ontwikkelt tot een gelukkig, krachtig en sociaal vaardig mens. Om dit waar te kunnen maken, moet je wel wat in huis hebben. Onze medewerkers werken vanuit hun kennis over kinderen, onze jarenlange ervaring en de inspiratie uit het gedachtengoed van een drietal pedagogen, Loris Malaguzzi, Emmi Pikler en Thomas Gordon. Lees meer over ons pedagogisch beleid.De medewerkers doorlopen een uitgebreid aanvullend scholings- en begeleidingsprogramma om continu geprikkeld te blijven en hun kennis te vergroten. Ook de leidinggevende heeft een pedagogische achtergrond om de medewerkers heel gericht te begeleiden.

Our team
At KinderRijk, your child gets the chance to playfully develop into happy, strong, and socially skilled people. In order to put this high standard into practice, we have to employ the best people. Our staff draw on their knowledge and years of experience, and are inspired by the work of three psychologists and educators, Loris Malaguzzi, Emmi Pikler and Thomas Gordon. Our staff undertake extensive additional training and education programmes so as to continually be stimulated in their work and further develop their knowledge. Management staff also have a pedagogical background in order to be able to explicitly coach the carers.
